[https://utilitybillchecker.com/] is a free online tool that helps Pakistani consumers check their electricity and gas bills in seconds. Whether you live in Lahore and need to view your LESCO bill, run a small business in Multan and want to track MEPCO usage, or live in Islamabad with an IESCO connection, our service brings the duplicate bill straight to your screen without postal delays, queues, or paperwork.
What We Do?
Utility bills in Pakistan have a logistical problem. The printed copy arrives by post, sometimes days before the due date, sometimes after it, and sometimes not at all. Consumers in rural and remote areas face this more acutely, but even urban customers regularly find themselves searching for a duplicate copy near the end of the billing cycle. The result is a stream of last-minute trips to bank counters and sub-division offices that should not have to happen.
We built this tool to remove that friction. Our tool connects to the official systems that issue these bills and returns the same document, instantly. You can view, download, print, or pay, all from one place, all for free.
Utilities We Cover
We currently support bill checking for the following utility providers.
Electricity Distribution Companies (DISCOs)
- MEPCO (Multan Electric Power Company): serving southern Punjab
- LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company): serving Lahore and central Punjab
- FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company): serving Faisalabad division
- IESCO (Islamabad Electric Supply Company): serving Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and adjacent districts
- GEPCO (Gujranwala Electric Power Company): serving northern Punjab
- HESCO (Hyderabad Electric Supply Company): serving central and southern Sindh
- SEPCO (Sukkur Electric Power Company): serving upper Sindh
- TESCO (Tribal Electric Supply Company): serving the former tribal districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Gas Distribution Companies
- SNGPL (Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited): serving Punjab, KPK, and Azad Kashmir
- SSGC (Sui Southern Gas Company): serving Sindh and Balochistan
Together, these ten utilities serve the majority of Pakistani households and businesses. Whether you have a single residential meter, a tubewell connection, a shop, or a commercial property, our tool works the same way.
How It Works?
To check an electricity bill, enter the 14-digit reference number printed on any previous copy from your DISCO. Press Check Bill, and the duplicate loads instantly. From there, you can view it on screen, download a PDF, or print directly. For gas bills (SNGPL or SSGC), the consumer number printed on your prior gas bill is what you need.
There is no signup, no account creation, no email required. We do not store your reference number, your bill data, or your usage history. Every search starts fresh.
Why We Built This?
Three principles guide what we built and what we will not build.
- Free and accessible: Every Pakistani utility consumer should be able to access their own bill without paying a third party for the privilege. We do not charge for any feature on this site and we do not intend to.
- Honest and accurate: We do not modify, summarise, or interpret your bill. The duplicate copy you see is the same copy your utility provider would hand you in person. If something looks wrong on the bill, the answer is with the utility provider, not us.
- Independent: We are not affiliated with MEPCO, LESCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, HESCO, SEPCO, TESCO, SNGPL, SSGC, WAPDA, PEPCO, NEPRA, OGRA, or any government department. We are an independent service that retrieves bills from publicly accessible utility portals on behalf of consumers
What We Are Not?
We are not a payment processor. When you pay your bill through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank app, or any other channel, that payment happens through those services directly. We do not handle your money.
We are not a customer service centre. For account issues, outages, billing disputes, new connections, meter problems, or detection bills, contact your utility provider through their official helpline. We have linked to the relevant numbers and websites on each utility’s dedicated page.
We are not a government website. Despite serving as a useful bridge between consumers and the official utility portals, we are a privately operated, independent service.
